Bohemia City Opening Ceremony

Welcome by Celebration Coordinator Matthew Hewlett, aka The Jailer, as we officially open Bohemia City for the festival!

Explore 85+ food, commercial, and nonprofit vendors, live music, Kid Zone activities, the Art Show and Historic Art Exhibit, Booth Decor Contest, and living history demonstrations featuring hit & miss engines, gold panning, Native American culture, and blacksmithing.

Festival fun also includes the bounce house area with mechanical bull riding, Coast Fork Saloon Beer & Wine Garden, Bohemia City Jail Cell Photobooth, Silent Auction Fundraiser, and the daily Info Booth for festival handouts, Feud Games registration, volunteer information, merchandise, and general questions.

The Gold Rush is a night 5k run or walk through lovely Cottage Grove. It starts in the center of town and travels to Main Street and and then River Road, along the Willamette South Fork River and where Buster Keaton shot some of his famous silent film "The General."
